We collect the following personal data when you use our platform: full name, email address, messages sent through the contact form, IP address and browsing data (cookies), and information about the device and browser used.

The personal data collected is used to respond to your inquiries and information requests, send communications related to our real estate crowdlending services, improve the functionality and user experience of our platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable in Chile, and prepare anonymized internal usage statistics.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based on the explicit consent given when using our platform and submitting forms, the legitimate interest of Volvico in improving its services and communicating with potential users, and compliance with legal obligations under Chilean law, including provisions of the Financial Market Commission (CMF).

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with technology service providers operating under confidentiality agreements, regulatory or judicial authorities when required by law, and professional advisors bound by professional secrecy obligations.

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described and, in any case, during the legal limitation periods applicable in Chile. Contact data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last interaction.
